While at the
Paranormal Conference in Alton, a strange animal was spotted which
prompted the attention of several paranormal investigators to go
after it. While the photos below only capture some of the
animal, the people who were there claim that it has mixed
characteristics - making it a bit odd to actually tell if it was a
fox, coyote, or some weird dog.

I
looked at your "strange animal photos." I have seen a number of
other photos on the web which look similar, and in the few cases
where the animal was available for study, it turned out to be a
coyote or fox with mange. For example, see the following

Judging by the apparent size and coloration of the animal you
photographed, not to mention that it's biting its skin in the
last photo, I'd say it's pretty clearly a fox with mange.
